Join artist Charlie Hill and the Flux Rotherham team members to explore Centenary Riverside Rotherham’s hidden green space and home of the Metal Henge and the giant deck chair sculptures. Along the route to the site we’ll discover more about the plants and shrubs that line our pavements, burst out
of our walls and appear in cracks and patches in our urban landscapes.

This will be a gentle walk with time to enjoy Centenary Riverside and work with outdoor creative maker Charlie, who will guide you in gathering some natural materials to make a piece of artwork to take home, give to a friend or leave in the space for everyone to enjoy. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing to suit the weather on the day, bring a drink if you need one and a hat if it’s very sunny.
